There seems to be an ever-growing interest in learning the ancient arts our ancestors knew as yearly routines. We long to reconnect to our surroundings and the things we gather for daily use. We have lots of “things” that are an essential part of our daily lives, this longing has sparked an interest in some of us for learning, for instance, how exactly a wool coat, rug, pot hold or pouch came to be. In our modern society many of us have lost the conscious connection between our “things” and source of raw material it came from. In this series we hope to inspire the participants to connect with a naturally abundant source, found in Vermont (Wool), for creating warm, comfortable, functional “things”.
Cost: In an interest to make this series more accessible we are offering a sliding scale cost of $150-$225 for each series (3 classes). Please pay what you can afford.
